Its just that you toss out these generalizations and I don't know what your agenda is. If you can find a company with an offshore call center strategy that gets superior ratings from consumers I'd love to see it. There aren't any of those that I know of, otoh there are hundreds of cases where customer satisfaction surveys have dropped *considerably* due to this practice. So where do these lazy generalizations come from? You toss them out often. Sounds almost personal, as if you can't manage successfully or motivate your own US-based staff or something. Bad management skills = US workers are lazy? (all of them).

As far as options expensing, the laughable story is that it isn't enough that somebody **agrees** with the extreme permabear crowd on every issue, they have to agree for the **right reasons** or else your bear fur is going to spontaneously combust. No moderation whatsoever from the permabear crowd and thats how you lose credibility. You're just negative about everything aren't you Darfot?
