They needs to recruit a super-conservative that will challenge Bush as an Independent also - to the right of him.
Maybe Delay or Ron Paul?

Better choices would be Pat (or Ray) Buchanan or Pat Robertson. Delay would never do it -- he knows he couldn't win, and he's in the catbird seat where he is.
