I think nader genuinely believes that the two parties are corrupt and that even thought the dems may run a left wing primary campaign and even an occasional left wing pres campaign, this is more reflective of the animosity between the two parties rather than the ideology. I think when dean failed he felt even with all the vitriol we would have another me too race about who could do things better. For example no dem will call for an iraq pullout or an end to free trade but they will pander on the issue and blame bush for everything. I also think nader thinks most deaniac(the committed core anti war folks) will not vote for either major party and he is looking to give them a voice. MIke
