2) Fire Halliburton ASAP
3) Reduce the war machine's evil grasp of our tax dollars by 50% per annum until further notice
4) Revoke Israel's stranglehold on U.S. foreign policy
5) Renounce Ariel Sharon as a war criminal and aparheid genocidal maniac
6) Reinstate PUHCA
7) Force massive disgorgement of ill-gotten gains from the IPPs and Power Marketers to pay off California's debt
8) Fire George Bush before sending him to prison as a war criminal and traitor.
9) Strip Dick Cheney of all his ill-gotten assets. Leaving him broke and in prison for the rest of his pathetic life.
10) Elect Howard Dean President, bring in Democratic majorities in the House and Senate and start to investigate the destruction of America by the traitorous corporations who are abandoning this nation and creating a hollow shell of the former glory we called America.
11) Outlaw the Project for New American Century and indict all signatories as war criminals.
12) Endorse the reversal of all de-regulation legislation of the past 20 years that has proven to be counter-productive to the nation as a whole as it rewards those who use the legislative process to cheat the American taxpayer and ratepayer.
13) Reverse all Bush tax cuts.
14) Enforce balanced or surplus budgets for the next 8 years in anticipation of the huge costs the nation will bear due to the retirement of the baby boom generation.
15) Legalize all recreational drugs, imposing substantial fees to be accrued to the government in order to transition the out-of-control prison-industrial complex into socially useful activities
16) Begin a crash program in infrastructure redevelopment to redeploy the fired prison guards
17) Begin a crash program in alternative fuel development and production in order to wean the U.S. off its insane addiction to Middle Eastern oil (and the ancillary madness of occupying extremely hostile territories).
18) Reverse idiotic tax laws like the $100,000 tax credit available to businesspersons buying ridiculous vehicles like Hummers and the mega-SUVs.
19) Inform the Governator that promoting the sales of Hummers does not make him an environmentalist.

And most importantly:

20) Eliminate all money from American political election campaigning. All campaigns to be financed by a new and non-partisan NGO, purposely created to eliminate the corrupting influence of money on our plutocratic maelstrom of madness.

21) Imprison any legislators/government employees who even think about the sleazy ploys of dirtbags like Dick Cheney or Billy Tauzin who traded their access to the inner workings of government into million dollar paydays from the corporations they have enriched.

Well, it's a start, anyway. :)
