Navy officers who apparently served in Kerry's Vietnam unit His immediate Commanders would be in their 70s today. Still young enough to be around. Some reporter is going to check them out. I suspect they had a run in with him and agreed to send him home. Let's see what surfaces. This kind of stuff never shows up until a Presidential campaign.
