We all knew that it would end up like Lebanon or Palestine, well most of us.

And the fake free elections? Where are they?

I'll answer that for you. No "free" elections in Iraq until we know they will vote for who we want. Probably no elections for a long time. The admin will argue "they are not ready". That's crap. Just put out polls with guards and have the elections it you mean it. There is nothing stopping them. We have more people murdered in the US every day than they do and we have elections.

Right now the majority in Iraq want Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, which would make Iraq a country similar to Iran. We won't stand for that. But there is no way to change it. The longer we stay there the worse it will get because we won't let them have elections so our troops will be blamed for everything.

That's how it was from the start. We knew there would never be free elections. It made no sense at all.
