Medical check ups - get the numbers from the blood tests etc. and copy and store them for the future. A number of conditions have very wide normal ranges, making it hard to tell if you have moved higher or lower or are still in the normal range. Normal is what is normal for each individual. Having a history makes it much easier to tell which way things are going.
