One of the things I like to do when attempting to assign a potential future stock price is see exactly how high the stock(s) has been in the past.
The highest price ever for CHPC was around 18 when the stock came out as an IPO.

STTS was as high as 63.62.

Same thing though in that the high price was after the IPO with no real challenge of that high after that. My expectations would be that if the market continues to advance that the combined company stock will perhaps run as high as 15.28 which is where the upper Bollinger Band is at this time on the monthly chart.
