I think George Soros should hire THE BEST private detectives that money can buy -- they should follow (and document) the moves that Karl Rove and key GOP operatives are making each week...This could be leaked to 'the right folks' in the media (eg. at the Washington Post and The New York Times)...the goal is to fully expose the dirty tricksters in action..If the Bush campaign is viewed as desperate and caught doing illegal and sleazy things to try to win an election then I think a majority of Americans will throw Shrub out of office...we might even get Congressional Hearings...;-)
