I need the site [it was posted here once], that shows what programs are and are not needed when you start up your computer

I've tried to search this thread, but with no results

does anyone remember the site?

btw, my computer has been massively invaded with I would say 20 viruses - all from Kazaa, over a 6 week period - I had downloaded several hundred tunes for a 60's party and I am sure it is where I got infected

it was my first ever virus problem

and, my computer ran fairly well - how did I notice it? I received a letter form my server [Road Runner] saying massive spam mail was coming from my internet connection, originating from my IP Address

Road Runner was wonderful in helping me clean my computer and they told me Kazaa is a virus MONSTER

why didn't I run an anti-virus program? well, since it ate so much 'room' while making my puter perform poorly and I've never had a virus [I WAS always so careful], I didn't think I needed it

wrong
