The "facts" they let out is pretty vague, the public can't find out exactly who and why in that case alone. According to some reports, some people also bought huge volume of 5-year bond right before 9/11 and made a fortune. I guess those transactions were from other traders and other brokers. Again, this should also be the easily obtainable information, but we are kept in the dark about this for years...
