Hi Lana, Here's the breakdown in point form from the CC still ongoing: mini sd - strongest sales in Japan - large growth opportunity in the U.S. new facility to be announced with Toshiba in the next 30 to 45 days to handle capacity due to high demand. Futhermore, negotiating w/Toshiba for a new 300mm fab. License/royalties more then enough money to fund new r & d. These licenses are valid for more then 5 years. 40% year over year pricing decline, which translates to tripling of megabytes sold. Guidance from CFO - continued good growth with pricing remaining similar. SNDK is backloaded to second half of the year. Adding 150 to 200 % capacity. They have 35% of the market share. They like the new channels with the new shoot and store product that is available in grocery and drug stores. New channels opening up in China and India. The market is still in its infancy and growing quickly. Price for NAND does not reflect retail prices. Increase NAND prices are not passed on to the consumer. Just about everything SNDK sells/manufactures has royalty payments tied to it CC ended - no questions were asked. Pretty upbeat.
