IMO, insiders selling is not as scary as you think. There were lots of insiders selling when BAY starting to tank from $25. Lots of insiders sold at around $22. Now with BAY at $33 (!) these 'insiders' are really not so smart after all, are they ????
And the table you posted does not distinguish which trades are option related and which ones are out-right sale. It's hard to evaluate the impact without knowing all the facts.
