The main problem with the dems. attacking Nader, is that the leftists on this board, Kerry, and the Dem. party in general, decry big business. Now with Nader, the dems have attacked the guy, who epitomizes people against big business. The dems, instead of attacking Nader, needed to embrace his message, thereby diluting the loss of votes to Nader's constituency; and reinforcing the Dems. message against big business. The Dems have once again failed the smell test.

The guy can't win. He is obstinate enough to run to the end and manage to achieve the direct opposite of what he stands for. One would ask why he does not form a cooperative relationship with the party most closely aligned with his views...not by running on a hopeless ticket and helping the candidate farthest from his goals. You could say that he is a stupid man and be perfectly justified.
