ROTC Investor Relations confirmed for me right after the merger announcement that if the average price of IHS during the 10 day period ending 5 days before the ROTC stockholder's meeting is under 33, then the deal is off. Of course they also told me that the proxy material would be out by now. I'll call them Monday and find out what is going on. John (long ROTC)
