He is what we refer to as a slime ball mortgage broker then not a banker. Sorry ork but I don't lend that way and have worked in the business for 20 years. Has everyone forgotten the fact that these things (homes) can be paid off with prudent planning? Why use your home for leverage? We have plenty of other derivatives besides your home. People have lost all sense of values. A home is now no longer a "Home" it is just an investment. Sad.
