The Commission is seeking injunctive relief with respect to all three defendants; disgorgement, pre-judgment interest, civil monetary penalties and penny-stock bar from Gillespie and Wozniak, and with respect to Gillespie only, a penny-stock bar. Penny stock bar? This is a phrase I haven't heard before... Barred from being a member of any small, publicly traded, company?? But not barred from being part of a larger company?? Interesting... Also... this is a civil suit, not a criminal complaint... Guess Gillespie knew how to "walk that fine line" and keep himself out of jail... Hawk
