DMA,
It has little to do with drug benefits and much to do about medical insurance in general. I am coming to the view that in an ideal world there should be no relationship between ones job and ones health insurance. You just cant eliminate a whole class of folks from being able to obtain health insurance because they are retired and are not rich. The costs of care have outrun medicares ability to deliver. Having said all this, i fear where my argument leads me--single payer medical care for all. All other solutions welcome. mike
