"but for his horrible death there would be no Christianity." So guys like karl rove and terry mccaullife created christianity by promoting the death of jesus rather than his life works? And now Gibson is doing the same thing in promoting christianity worldwide thru the use of pictoral violence. Some biblical scholars will make this argument you know. but i am going far afield. I am not a Christian and the last thing i want to do is offend anyone. "What he was all about is making a tremendous sacrifice for the benefit of man." And that tremendous sacrifice for the benefit of man may have occurred more during his life rather than wholly in his death. Again I am off in areas here that i have no great understanding of.
