Julius, I Set up a Pretend Portfolio of these stocks that you listed on Feb 23/04 and pretended I purchased 1,000 shares each at the current prices.
LIPD @ $7.80
MXICY @ $3.10
NFLD @ $11.95
PARL @ $ 9.68

Then from my personal portfolio I picked 4 stocks I own and the LOW or "CHEAP" price I paid for them.
Just wanted to get a personal perspective of the difference between "LOW Priced" and "CHEAP" and compare with the criteria for The CHEAP Investor Strategy of ONLY BUYING LOW Priced Stocks while they are CHEAP. ALL I am looking for is the PERCENTAGE of Gain because to ME and MY MONEY the PERCENTAGE OF GAIN IS "ALL" THAT MATTERS.
Here are the stocks in my CHEAP Investor Portfolio.
(FONR), The Cheap Investor's Last recomendation was at $.88 cents ;ast year. Currently FONR is priced LOW or CHEAP at $1.39 and in MY opinion a VERY GOOD BUY even though my average is $1.07....
(XNVA), Currently $2.40 and in my opinion, still a good BUY even though The Cheap Investor recommended it in this past Feb Issue at $2.19. I bought in at $2.16.
(ENY) at $1.43, recommended and bought at $1.27
(PCIS) at $4.05, recommended and bought at $3.88

Those are all not too far above the price range from the recommended prices of The CHEAP Investor.

Just for ammusment.
