i wouldn't call telebras a long shot--a great stock to be long, actually. however, wait till it really hits bottom. brazilians are very emotional and the trend is negative--expect them to be reactive and freaked out. however, long term the brazilians love to talk, love electric gadgets, and need telephones--long term it is a good stock. i might step in if it drops in the range of 100-120 depending upon the environment. then hang on for a wild ride--trust me --i know brazilians--wait till it bottoms big time.
