His advice is BOGUS...only a fool wouldn't LOCK IN THESE RATES he hasn't had a mortgage for a LONG time..... and now with the standard deduction per couple up to $9500 MANY WILL SEE NO BENEFIT TO THE MORTGAGE DEDUCTION....in fact for many now it's better to PAY off the mortgage and invest your money CC
