I agree, trouble, big trouble is a-brewing, and he knows it. The whole system could be at risk.

What is happening is that people that are under-employed or un-employed all together are using the equity in their home as a bridge loan, holding off the dreaded bankruptcy.
If/when the value of the home decreases below the loan amount, the jig will be up.
