Hi G,
Do we really believe feb 2003 is comprabable to april 2000? Does anyone expect a recession in the near future? Think the only questions are how robust and how lengthy the recovery will be. All these references to 2000 are scare tactics used by folks who missed the first leg. They will be happy to buy your shares on the way down and then on the way up. If however someone has a case to be made for why this time is identical to 2000, please convince me. mike
PS another reason would be depressing economic message of the democrats has had an impact on markets during this stage of the political campaign.
