After switching from StreetSmart Pro to CT last week, I am switching back to SSP, even though the commissions are substantially higher. CT is much slower and less reliable then SSP. I've already missed several profitable daytrades because the browser function on CT is slow and and times-out without notice. In other words, you think you're entering and order, but the Order Page has been timed out and you don't know it until the order is entered and you get redirected, logged off and have to log back on. CT isn't ready for anyone but causal traders. Serious traders, 5 or more trades-a-day traders, are better off paying the SSP commissions then relying on CT. If I sound pissed, I am. The paperwork to switch back is ridiculous. Schwab dropped the ball on this one.
