Whatever they do I hope that they do something soon. The Canuc shareholders are starting to get restless. Then again this could only mean bargains for the patient ones. I guess with the low price of gold, this puts Placer in the drivers seat and I guess that since they've recently sown up the Veneuzela play from Crystallex that they're in no hurry to advance Canuc. So while the property acquisition in Nambija continues Canuc is probably aware (as Seine River was made aware by Canuc) that JV agreements can be broken with suitable compensatory payments. The cash advances from Placer to Canuc is small potatoes fom a company with access to a billion dollars. Looks like a 12-24 month time horizon being developed here? Is there anyone out there willing to put a time frame on the bottom and turn around of Canuc and gold? Any word on TSE listing? Cheers Winzer
