Schwab told me that a stand-alone platform similar to SSP is coming for CT in "a few months." I told them they already have the platform SSP and now the cost structure CT, but just not available together. I also told them that I generate substantial commissions for them, but am being lured by other alternatives, like Interactive Brokers and its probably just a matter of time before I am comfortable enough with one of the others to take all my business elsewhere. I like Schwab, been a customer with them since 1983, but the clock is ticking. I'm hoping someone gets the message, SSP platform with CT pricing, before I and a lot of traders similarly situated simply disappear from their customer base.
