That's total BS. Kerry never took any PAC money and resisted soft money for many years until only 3-6 months before the finance law came in effect, he saw Bush raising tens of millions in huge corporate chnks and decided to allow small soft money amounts, no more than 30 K I think. Bush took 1.5 million from Enron.
