No, it does not. The left uses dishonest tactics for their arguments (because the honest ones frequently don't support their causes). Unilateral mean us, and us alone. Even if France, Germany and Russia were on board, it would still be 95% U.S. troops. USE HONEST TACTICS, and then see if you can still make your point.

There are MANY countries that KNOW that leaving a brutal dictator in power who is violating international laws is a bad idea. I realize Iraq's biggest customers did not feel that way, but that is tough crap for them and for Saddam.
