Are you running for office GST? You have a politican's knack in ducking the question, which was "Are we at war with ANYBODY?" not "with the PLO or Hamas". As for Hizbullah, you could say that they have been at war with us since 1983 Beirut - and they are moving into South America in a big way, and the FBI just arrested a Hizbullah smuggling ring in South Carolina. So that is a war that is smoldering, if not burning yet. Hizbullah is an arm of the mullahs of Iran, whom we don't exactly have cordial relations with, and they do not devote their attentions exclusively to Israel.
