As I recall, a lot of Dem. voted for the tax cuts also. Tax cuts in fact, are one of the tried and tested means of combatting a recession. Which is of course, the reason you are in favor of tax increases, so that if the people suffer enough under GW, then you boy might win the election. I would suggest, urging class warfare, and recessions, will work as well as Mondale's smart idea. Everybody knows there is no limit to the dems spending wishes, and after you are done pilfering the pockets of the rich, all of us are next.
