If kerry gets in it could get easy for us to close up shop and throw more money into education and social programs. didn't we do that once before? yes, canada in bad shape.. remember we had to fly them to afgan. as their planes had to turn around they were in tough shape and couldn't make the trip.. also the helcopters haven't been replaced in forty years. etc. The money going to social programs.
