And, during the process, changes are usually made... Such as... Changing Management... Cost Control... etc. That's the part you are forgetting!! ...AND, you don't have to file Ch. 11 to do that!! Some people do not realize that the big Dr. is out for only ONE thing and WE shareholders are NOT part of it... IMHO...
