Mr. Samuelson can expound all sorts of theories on the President's ability to create jobs. But no matter how hard he and people like him try, it is hard to convince people of that especially so close to the heels of the Clinton prosperity and opportunity for jobs here in the US. The American people like to keep it plain and simple. How is it that Clinton produced all those jobs and could work with his NAFTA neighbors, is what they ask.
