yes, crude oil at 35.40
any idea why natgas is lagging so much?
anybody notice soybeans at 930, 15% higher in 3 wks?
crack boom continues

just so you are clear on my stance
I believe both sides on this thread have huge merit
how it plays out shorterm nearterm longterm in interest rates is the big debate

so far, all I see are enormous "taxes" on the economy from higher costs
it has been a long time since the mysterious confusing and monumentally aberrant conditions of the late 1970 decade

I believe we are getting into the thick of similar conditions
STAGFLATION
but stagflation in the midst of global deflation
gonna be tough calls left & right

to be honest, I believe the gates will be opened and crashed from political forces
i.e. trade war with bond retaliation
i.e. budget overload

with wage deflation in full swing, we have the total opposite of economic conditions from the 1970's
with China ramping up bigtime, we also are totally different
I aint saying anything you dont already know
