I think Nader will have difficulty getting on the ballot in most states. What he should have done is announced that he'd run for president in the states of Texas and Wyoming. This way he could still get his message across and draw widespread support for his campaigns there.

On second thought, perhaps maybe he should just run in Texas because I understand Wyoming citizens are very upset these days over land deals regarding mining and oil companies. It turns out many Wyominians own the land they live on, but not the rights to mine that land--mining corporations own that. It'll actually be interesting to see how Wyoming votes this next election.
