The problem is that today's older SS beneficiaries
DIDN'T PAY NEARLY ENOUGH when they were working
compared to today's younger workers.

Is it fair that today's younger workers have
to pay a MUCH higher tax to receive essentially
the same benefit as their parents and grandparents?

Today's older SS beneficiaries were helped by
the "Ponzi scheme effect" which kept their SS
taxes artificially low during their working years.
Now, the system is coming unglued, just like all
Ponzi schemes eventually do.
