redfish, your questions originate from what you see Bush doing. He went against the UN on Iraq. He realized he goofed. Now he has gone back to the UN to seek it's help. So based on the failed approach of Bush, can you ever expect a Yes answer from Kerry. If he does so then he will loose a majority of the votes of Americans.. After all, he has opposed the way Bush has approached this Iraq issue. So you can safely assume a No answer for #3.

Now onto #2. The word "satisfaction" is the key. BUsh was already satisfied about Iraq before he took office (thanks Mr. O'Neil). Ipresume that is not he satisfaction you are talking about. Rather you are talking about the satisfaction with the conditions prior to Desert Storm, where we had positive proof of Iraqi troops crossing "the line on the sand" and not from a group of Iraqi like Ahmed Chalabi etc. Who but someone like Bush would be believing and putting their faith in Chalabi.

Now onto #1. The US President does not authorize assasinations. We are a nation of laws. HOwever the President works the system to "bring justice to people."
