Idle rich is not 200 K a year unless they're all dividends and you have a low cost of living and no dependents.

The Bush tax cuts reward idle wealth most of all. Take the example of the Dupont Heir who lives off 5 milion in dividends per year. That person gets the most from the Bushies. He is also the person who east needs help or deserves help. The Bush tax cuts also create a permanent idle rich class as Mr. Dupont can pass along his stocks tax-free and his heirs can be idle permanently. He pays less in tax percentage wise than your average lower middle class worker with a family to feed. NOT fair at all.

The only way Mr. DUpont should be allowed to pay low taxes if he creates JOBS, JOBS, JOBS with his money. And I mean directly.
