I think Buffett and Arnold know that prop 13 is the real problem with CA but they can't do anything about it. You even mention that law to your neighbors around here and they start to breathe fire. I am for overturning 13 personally, I see it as age discrimination. I don't hear any democrats willing to stand up to 13 either.
