In terms of dollars, crude has remained relatively constant,it is a small "tax" on the economy if it stays around here (a negative stimulus of about $50 B or so), that together with overstretching of consumers and few other parameters are part of the reasons I think that 2005 might see an economic slowdown, which will be "forecasted" by the market a solid two quarters ahead of actual occurrence, IMTO.
