Bought some RRI today, paid about $7.20. Big move today may signal a new run up.

Re: Matt Simmons /Saudis - The world & US needs a Plan B - maybe standard design nuke plants, tax incentives for energy savings (like replacing incandescents with LED lights), higher mileage standards for SUVs, nuke plants near oil sands areas, opening up offshore Florida to exploration, etc.
