Haven't you heard -- Greenspan said all the old folks off the ship first -- BEFORE we start divvying up the lifeboats. Sounds fair. I mean, a five minute warning was plenty for them to practice their strokes.

For a joker who didn't have an opinion on the level of the dollar -- that's the treasury's biz -- lately he's got diarhea of the opinions: LNG vs NG, fixed vs variable mortgage rates, tax cuts vs spending, how big a fannie is too big a fannie, guns vs cat food for old folks ... he's kinda run the gamut. Who do he think he is??
