You stated that we need to give Mytec support right now I think they need a kick in the ass more than support. I have been supporting them by placing accounts in the Counterforce station but no more!!! They have not listened to anything to date. Counterforce are just now switching to software that might save some accounts. They went from being the leader in this industry to the point now where they are accually suing dealers for moving accounts to a different place. They should have been doing more for the security industry a long time ago. Mytec's succeess may depend on it. The money needed for R&D has come from Counterforce and shareholders like yourselves. I recieved a letter from Counterforce stating that they want to be a leader again yesterday, GOOD LUCK!!!! Antonio knows there has been a lot of time invested by myself to try a turn things around at Counterforce. I have given up on them!!!!! They do not listen!!!!! They are I feel starting to feel the draw from the competors now. If they do not do something they will lose the dealers they have now. I know from the groups and chats I have done that things are changing very fast. Mytec should learn from there mistakes and get this product to market fast. I aggree with the marketing problem. One of the dealers I know called yesterday wanting 12 units, he was told they would be ready in Oct. They told him yesterday November. This kind of BS needs to stop!!! Every reputable alarm dealer that has been with Counterforce should have been marketing this a long time ago. Personally I have been with Mytec sence 1988 and this thread has shown me many things I was not aware of. It was not too long ago someone stated these threads are just BS. I have seen the light on this one when it comes to Mytec, you just have to look closely. Anyway you look at this I guess we will all know within One month weather this is going to go or not. If I here one Mytec person state if they lose Comq that this is not the market they wanted I will scream!!!!!!
