Dave, some of the AMD and Intel posters had discussed a TOU policy change to a one-year suspension rather than a permenant ban.

People can learn from their mistakes, if the penalty duration is extreme enough to help them remember next time.

The TOU link is broke, but seem to recall a poster could only make an error 3 or 5 times before they are permanently banned from the site?

Many of us discussed this on the thread, and wondered why not increase this number by making the penalty duration increasingly very long:

3 days, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years.

This would also mimic how the USA's judicial system works (eventually people get of jail), so what is being suggested is rather common.

Also think this would be better for your business.

Please let the Thread know what your decision is for this proposal.

Regards,
Amy J
