For a broker, you could try Green Line which is affiliated now with Waterhouse Securities.

I don't know about the competition. Who supplies McDonalds with their cookers for french fries and how does that product compare with the one made by Perfect Fry? That strikes me as the central question. Worldwide, McDonalds is by far the largest user of this sort of product. Does anyone know the answer? If not, could someone call Perfect Fry to ask?
