OT: EMOTRADE = Emotional+ Trade: Please somebody spank me.
After having two great months of trading Amat, mxim, Rgen, lltc and making good profit, last week I broke all the rules and got into emotional trading. Bot 100 feb 22.5 calls (-10,000), bot march 25 calls and sold at a lost (-2000, thanks to willcousa after his advice on maxpain, I got out with a partial loss) bot 5000 amat at 23.45 (became a long term hold, right now in a hole).

I was about +30,000 for the year but within 15 minutes 3 stupid trades that violate all my rules should be a good lesson for me in the future.

Please if you see me post some stupid (emotional) trades give me time out.

Good trade: 2500 amat at 21.10, in money so far.

I will hold amat for long term if need be.

Thanks for letting me vent.
