He deferred all share structure and S.E.C. reporting questions to Dick Winkle (919) 753-7605. (How often did this guy get beat up as a kid). He said Dick is working on the share count right now. It should be out by March 15th. It will be available on their website www.solutionsandtechnologies.com. As far as itsfun.com. Its a subsidiary of ADVK. He said they are still a go for March 1st. He has experience in marketing a co. called cyber radio, which was recieving 2.5 mil hits a day. Cyberradio is going back online in October and he expects itsfun.com to have a relationship with them. Coca Cola is big time promoting a certain artist for itsfun.com. He wouldn't say who. Itsfun has an office and will be operated out of Arizona. But they plan to open offices in Los Angeles and New York. I haven't tried to call Dick. He just moved and his email may not be working right now. The phone number should work. IMHO This co. appears to have alot going on. It looks like they are moving in the right direction. Good Luck All Us.
