I have a large stake in OVIS also.
I have over 20,000 shares of OVIS myself. Sure I formed the cartel after buying in some two weeks ago, and I only bought in after I researched the company and found some interesting points (FACTS) and not opinions.

1. Small public float.
2. Company has been turned around into the right direction.
3. Growth in the field should continue for some time.
4. Increase in the projected revenues.
5. A high reported naked and regular short position.
6. The current cheap stock price far undervalues this stock!

As to your comment: "I would also be grateful if you would temper your promotional and speculative comments".

I am not a promoter, I simply organized the shareholder value cartel to place them on the same page. We are each individual shareholders with a common interest in getting this stock to it's proper value. Our purpose is not to run the company or even try to take it over. We are only here to talk between ourselves via a private email list that I have set up, and in fact are for all shareholders in OVIS. Even if they don't take the time to join the cartel, or answer my email in a private forum (a hint, Ken...).

As far as the speculative comments remark. All penny stocks are speculative investments, and no one should ever sink money that they can not afford to lose into them. And being speculative is why you buy into stocks in the first place. You speculate that they will raise and make you money, I don't speculate to lose money, even though I have seen these types of investors!
