I suspect AG has decided to stick it to Bushy
and this campaigna against federal deficits, SS, Medicare, prescrip drugs, FannyMae, is his way of doing it

attack the sacred cows
indirectly, he attacks Bushy's entire economic forecast toward the budget process

AG is essentially saying that the future year forecasts are absurd
